Is my data uploaded to a server?
No. The code is generated entirely in your browser, and the scanner decodes images on your device. Wi-Fi passwords, contact details and links never leave your computer or phone.
Which format should I download, PNG or SVG?
PNG is a ready-to-use image for websites, documents and messaging. SVG is a vector file that stays sharp at any size and is the right choice for print, signs and design tools.
Can I add my logo and colors to a QR code?
Yes. Every generator has colors, gradients, module and eye shapes, a caption and a logo option. Strict rules keep the code readable: the logo is centered on a plate, capped at 30% of the width, and the error correction switches to H. Whenever the style leaves the safe defaults, the site decodes the result itself and only unlocks the download when the code reads back correctly.
Do these codes track scans?
No. There is no redirect and no analytics inside the code, which is exactly why it can never expire. If you need scan counts, use a link from a URL shortener you control as the content.
